Due to the nature of our handmade skincare products, all sales are considered final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@roseaireshop.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll be happy to send a replacement or provide store credit. Your satisfaction is important to us—we want every Roseaire experience to feel just right.
